Our fresh Alaskan Halibut is caught in the cold, clean waters the Bering Sea, Bristol Bay, and Southeast Alaska. The fish is longline harvested and is air-freighted to our facility in Seattle daily so we can hand-fillet it and send it back out for shipment to you the same day. Alaskan Halibut Fillet has a mild, sweet, and delicate flavor; the texture is firm yet tender, dense, and flaky.
