Fresh Black Cod, also known as Sablefish, is rich, buttery, silky, tender, and moist and is packed with Omega-3’s. It cooks out to a beautiful snow-white appearance and is almost impossible to over-cook due to its high oil content. We source our fresh Black Cod, which is longline caught, primarily out of Southeast Alaska.
