Sockeye salmon are the premier salmon species and rival the popularity of King salmon among connoisseurs. Its habitat spans from Northern Japan and across the Bering Sea to Alaska and down the West Coast to Southern Oregon. Our previously frozen Wild Sockeye Salmon Fillet is directly purchased from small, coastal fishing ports and cold storages in Southeast Alaska and then brought down to Seattle for distribution in the continental US and Hawaii. Most of our Sockeye come out of the Bristol Bay which is the world’s largest wild sockeye run. This product has been flash-frozen, typically at sea, to ensure quality.
